Product Care

All our clothing is constructed with natural fibers and unique fabric blends that create a UPF 50+ protection that cannot be washed out. Our clothes are guaranteed to maintain their UPF factors thru the life of the product. Damaged products (i.e. holes, rips, tears, etc.) void their warranty and we suggest the item is replaced at your earliest convenience.

Washing Instructions: Our products (excluding safety glasses) should be machine washed as needed in cold water. Absolutely no bleach can be used as this will deteriorate the natural fibers in the clothing. Tumble dry the clothes on low.

Shipping and Delivery

RayWear processes orders from Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) in the order in which it is received. Once submitted, orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled. Please contact our friendly customer support team if you have any issues with your order.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is only for on-line orders. Enjoy free shipping and handling for orders over $200. For orders $200 and under, standard shipping rates start at $10.

  • Standard Shipping: $10  (5 to 7 business days after order has been processed)
  • Expedited Shipping: $25 (2 to 3 business days after order has been processed)
  • Next Day Shipping: $35 (1 business day after order has been processed)*

Shipping Locations

RayWear can only offer shipping within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, at this time. We currently do not offer shipping to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services. For orders outside of the continental US, contact customer service at info@raywearcc.com

Expected Shipping Time

While all orders are processed as soon as possible, Standard Shipping orders in our queue may take up to 3 business days to fully process. Backlogged orders are not charged until product is available for shipment. All orders are packaged and shipped as soon as payment information is verified and authorized.

Shipping To Rural Areas

Please account for an additional 1 to 2 business days for rural and remote locations.

*Please note: Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day. We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Return Policy

  • Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase
  • Items unwashed and unworn which are damaged or defective may be returned anytime
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
